Empower HER is a coaching programme tailored to support professional women who are in high-performance roles and empower them to excel and create balance in their lives.
The programme is designed to support high performing women with a focus on achieving balance, resilience and empowered leadership in both professional and personal settings.
The programme consists of one-hour individual coaching sessions every two weeks, or for those who want to create a faster change, weekly. In addition to this, monthly group transformational breathwork sessions are offered to increase and deepen the
transformation.

Empower HER Leadership and Personal Development Programme
This programme offers a thoughtful journey through 12 sessions to strengthen your leadership and well-being, focusing on both professional and personal development. The programme is designed to be completed over 6 months (can also be done in 3
months) and also includes a transformational group breathwork session each month. These sessions help create profound changes and balance the nervous system, strengthening the ability to deal with stress and challenges.

Who am I? And how do I work?

As a coach I work with people who struggle to stay focused, who struggle with high demands from both internal stakeholders as well as external, they bring work-related tasks with them to home and struggle to let go of work during free time. These are mainly women in a male-dominated industry.
They want to be successful in their careers but at the same time in their personal lives, but their work always gets the priority. Conflicting demands, internal and external.
