Together with Jessica, it has been incredibly rewarding to consciously reflect on myself and my circumstances. This process has resulted in me being able to formalise my goals into action and build a plan to reach them by focusing and prioritizing. Jessica has a long experience of coaching both leaders and groups. This is evident as she quickly understands the problems described and coaches one to create a strategy for improvement.
